Python API Testing Experience Job Description.
We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with expertise in testing Rest APIs and proficiency in the Robot Framework.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts for API testing.
Key Responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Rest APIs using the Robot Framework.
- Execute test cases, identify defects, and work closely with developers for issue resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of software products.
- Provide detailed test reports and ensure adherence to best testing practices.
**Key Skills:** - 4-6 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong experience in Rest API testing.
- Proficiency in the Robot Framework.
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks.
**Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages.
