PSD TO HTML/CSS CONVERSION

I'm looking for a frontend developer who can convert 3 of my.
sd designs into HTML and CSS.
Details.
- The project doesn't require any additional functionality beyond the design conversion - just pure HTML/CSS in desktop format.
- The deliverables will only need to be compatible with desktop, so there's no requirement for mobile responsiveness.
- There's no specific browser compatibility needed either, so all modern browsers should work fine.
