Responsibilities You will be part of the Offshore program management team that controls and implements the offshore product portfolio for Vestas.
Your main responsibilities will be.
* Build a project plan structure and ensure transparency between different planning levels * Facilitate and conduct planning workshops for project teams * Search and acquire planning data including timing, dates, etc.
to build the plans * Conduct detailed project planning and scheduling from business activity (level A) across module planning (level B) to Work Package and task (level C) - ensuring plans conclude cross-module dependencies and milestone deliverables, and that critical activities are inherited * Support project team in time estimation based on historical data for "standard" tasks and deliverables * Support project manager in understanding and communicating the project plan elements and progress * Perform critical paths analysis on planned schedule and escalate the risk of missed deadlines * Maintain and update project plan, including securing review and alignment * Support project managers on tracking of project and activities progress - by tracking and follow-up on LoD's, CR's/CN's and building burn-down curves, illustrating the scope of work to completion, etc.
* Mapping of project dependencies across projects * Create a catalog of standard project duration and effort based on completed projects in the past * Being the point of contact for the Project Excellence team, concerning project planning tools and processes - including alignment and resolving tasks on PowerBI reporting Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Project estimation methods, planning, and scheduling * Scenario planning, simulating the impact of risk on project plan * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Proficient in Project Planning tools.
* SAP PPM * Microsoft Project * JIRA * Microsoft Project/PowerBi insight - with the ability to discuss and support on interfaces and data acquisition for PowerBi reporting Competencies * Analytical skills, detail-oriented, highly structured, ensure review of updated material * IT minded * Strong in interaction with other people, facilitation, and communication, and act as Platform accountant * Clear understanding of how scheduled project activities are carried out in a real project environment * Proficient in Stage Gate Way execution, combined with agile execution What We Offer We offer an exciting workplace with great professional and personal development opportunities in an inclusive and international work environment with an established wind turbine manufacturer.
