We are seeking highly organized and motivated Project Managers to oversee application and data integration projects, with a strong emphasis on SAP integration.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering integration solutions that align with business needs, meet project timelines, and ensure quality outcomes.
This opportunity has a hybrid expectation for the selected candidate to work on-site in an office 3 days per week.
Preference will be given to candidates who can complete the role from our Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX offices.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Lead end-to-end project management for application and data integration initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans.
• Ensure seamless integration with SAP systems, aligning projects with best practices and organizational goals.
• Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively and proactively.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change logs on a timely basis.
• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery.
• Foster clear and open communication across teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data integration and application integration projects.
• Familiarity in the HR space and SAP modules a plus • Solid understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.
., Planview).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and ability to work in a hybrid environment Desired Qualifications.
