PROJECT MANAGER & SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPER OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS

Description:

IPN Automatics Lab is a reference in the development of applied technology for telemedicine,
specifically in telerehabilitation and robotic medicine applications. Recently IPN Automatics
Lab was awarded several Horizon Europe Projects and is looking for candidates who want to
embrace the challenge of implementing these projects and support the digitalization of
health in Portugal.

Job position open:
- Project Manager & Senior Business Developer of Regulatory Affairs

Main tasks:
- Management of Regulatory and market access Bootcamp Project
- Coordination of internal and external project resources
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and the project team, providing periodic feedback on the status of the project and any need for adjustments to the schedule, scope or budget
- Keeping up-to-date project records and reporting, as often as necessary, to stakeholders and funding entities
- Collaborating in the Business Development of the Medical devices Regulatory Affairs Unit, including management of marketing campaigns for the European and Brazilian market
- Management of workshops, webinars, courses, and other activities
- Management and promotion of communication and dissemination and marketing
- Scouting of needs in the market, aligned with the focus of the projects

Profiles:

Requirements:
- Master in Biomedical Engineering, Health sciences, Pharmaceutical sciences or Biological
sciences
-Proficient in English and Portuguese
- Experience in marketing or business development
- Experience in medical devices or in vitro medical devices regulatory affairs
- Experience in project management
- Know-how about the Medtech and digital health value-chain and market access in Europe

Soft skills expected in all positions:
