We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our Project Execution Team! Your responsibilities.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors including negotiation claims (Internal/external) Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency Perform other related duties as assigned Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs Understand the contract in place and identify risks and opportunities Ensure claims outcomes are technically robust Provide technical expertise and assistance to the team in order to lead the claim development Understand emerging customer contra claims and argumentations Understand contract requirements and claims process Understand our technical solution and be able to redesign (with our engineering department) solutions to present to the costumer in for of a VO Analise our Schedule and be able to analyze different scenarios to present to the costumer Preparation of delay analysis using contractual accepted techniques Analysis of actual time spent, costs incurred and actual productivity achieved for EOT claims Ability to collate, interpret internal and external information and present findings in a concise and structured format Ensuring claims and VO processes and systems are robustly followed internally and with the costumer Co-presentation and Co-negotiation of the claim Reviewing complex claims and escalations and proactively manage their resolution Organize and present claim review plans.
Assure fully comply with all Health and Safety requirements in all the claims, including reporting all accidents, near accidents and hazards, etc Understanding of emerging trends and producing informative management reports Work with teams and people at all levels from Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Taxes and Compliance.
Your profile.
Bachelors degree in Electronic Engineering or similar (required) Fluent in Portuguese and English (required) Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively in uncertain environments.
Leadership skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with experience in developing structured claims justifications.
Solid understanding of reading and interpreting contractual documentation in an international environment.
Negotiation and active listening skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, using logic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Intercultural awareness, capable of building relationships and working effectively in a global business environment.
Experience in monitoring/assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
