Project manager Seniority.
Mid (3-5 years) Type of position.
Hybrid model in Oporto.
Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager 4 years in an Agile environment.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with backlog control and prioritization techniques.
- Knowledge of testing processes and quality assurance methodologies.
- Experience in banking projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.
., Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in banking projects.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment.

- Certification in Agile (Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe, etc.) is a plus.
