We have offices in Lisbon and Oporto and we are a specialized consultant in Management, Implementation, Development and Maintenance of Information Systems.
We have more than 150 active partners and we operate in sectors such as banking, insurance, telecommunications, services, energy and transports.
What are you going to do? - Ensure that all activities have an assigned owner; - Monitor ongoing project activities; - Schedule alignment sessions between the streams and follow up on the following actions.
-> Activities completed since the last project status update; -> Activities expected to be completed by the next project status update; -> Risks, issues, dependencies, and system unavailability; -> Progress of the project plan and success metrics (KPIs); -> Track the realization of the project scope; -> Identify any delayed activities; - Update the plan and action items for each stream; - Update project documentation; - Prepare the project executive report.
What are we looking for? - Project management and monitoring of project progress; - Identification of risks and mitigation measures; - Identification of improvement opportunities and promotion of their operationalization; - Management of relationships with various stakeholders; - Training in engineering/management; - Over 4 years of experience in projects and over 2 years in managing technological projects; - More than 1 year of experience with MS Project; - Proficiency in Office applications and project methodologies; - Experience in the banking sector (preferred).
