PROJECT MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR

The Project Management Coordinator should be one of the faces of the team towards our customers and the key actor in gathering requirements and iterate on delivery to make a profound and longlasting IT impact through Clouddriven transformation.
Our Cloud Adoption work involves a complex delivery of different disciplines that comes together seamlessly and this position is the architect behind this delivery.

Coordinate and agree on project meetings with various participants and stakeholders.
Logging of team project and customer appointments.
Continuous documentation of interviews and meetings.
Support the team by ensuring an efficient flow of communication between subprojects and different stakeholders.
Create presentations and projectrelated documents (e.
.
Excel spreadsheets).
Capture project status and metrics for presentation and presentation to both the client and the team.
Support in meeting timelines/deadlines.
Prepare project documentation for reuse in other projects.
Requirements This Is You.
Initial professional experience (at least 3 years) as a PM or in a similar role (e.
.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and independent way of working.
