PROJECT CONTROL OFFICER

Position Description.
This role is hybrid and requires you to be in our downtown Toronto office 1-2 times per week - subject to change at any time.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
The Project Control Officer is a key player of the team and will support the Project Manager and Service Delivery Manager in day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities Include.
• Operational Management.
• Maintaining project code hygiene (codes are created/closed in a timely manner, active codes are maintained correctly, appropriate resources are granted access to codes, etc.) • Ensuring CGI document repository kept updated and organized • Assisting PM and SDM with general requests and tasks to ensure efficient operations • Financial Management.
• Assisting PM and SDM with financial tracking and reporting • Extracting data from CGI financial systems Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Coordinating regular internal reviews with appropriate stakeholders • Ensuring all financial details are input into required templates and reports are shared with audience prior to reviews • Governance Deliverables.
• Assisting PM with project status reports, RAID log, and other project artifacts • Assisting SDM with governance meeting materials • Attending internal and client-facing meetings, and producing meeting minutes • Ensuring action items are documented and, in conjunction with PM and SDM, are tracked • Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including clients • Organized and detail-oriented • Clear and effective communicator (in writing and verbally) • In possession of basic financial management knowledge and skills • Able to multitask with exceptional time management skills • Self-motivated #LI-GS!
