Due to this growth, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us achieve our ambitious goals of expanding our presence in the global market.
Job Description This role requires close collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders, so we are looking for someone who is data-savvy, customer-focused, and proactive in driving the product vision forward.
In this role you will.
Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Ensure the product vision aligns with company goals and customer needs.
Engage directly with users to understand their pain points, and gather insights through data to identify key problems to solve.
Work closely with the design, engineering, and sales teams to brainstorm solutions, define product features, and ensure seamless execution.
Use data to prioritize features and improvements, analyze post-launch performance, and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of key features.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the product innovative and competitive in the market.
Qualifications 3+ years of experience in product management within the B2B SaaS space is a must.
Experience in a product-driven company, with a strong preference for those with experience in the e-learning or related industries.
Proven track record of understanding customer needs and translating them into successful product features.
Comfortable using data to drive decisions, set KPIs, and track success.
Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of the product and its success.
Strong communicator who enjoys working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
