The Clients Solutions Platform’s B2B Marketing & Product Department, whose mission is to realize the strategic vision of the B2B retail business in a set of value-added products and services, enhanced by B2B franchising models, actionable by distribution channels and customers in the geographies where we operate, ensuring the preservation of profitability and compliance of the business, intends to recruit a Product Manager Industrial Heat Electrification.

What you will do.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of Industrial Heat Electrification solutions.
The Product Manager will play a key role in driving the growth and success of EDP's industrial heat electrification product line.
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Industrial Heat Electrification solutions, aligning with the company's overall business objectives; Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape; Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and operations, to define product requirements and ensure successful product development and launch; Drive the product development process from concept to launch, including defining product features, pricing, and positioning; Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their industrial heat electrification needs; Monitor and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and improvements; Develop and deliver product training and sales enablement materials to support the sales team and ensure successful product adoption in the market; Act as a product evangelist, representing EDP's Industrial Heat Electrification solutions at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

Hybrid Model   What are we looking for.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus; More than 5 years of proven experience in product management, specifically in the industrial heat electrification or related energy solutions industry; Strong technical background with a deep understanding of industrial heat electrification technologies and applications; Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products, from concept to commercialization; Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making; Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; Ability to travel as needed to engage with customers and support product initiatives.
