Description.
• What we are looking for / tasks associated with the position.
We are looking for a Process Analyst who will play a key role in designing, analyzing, and optimizing organizational processes.
This position will focus on establishing standards and best practices for Business Process Management (BPM), developing performance indicators, and identifying improvement opportunities to drive efficiency and compliance within the organization.
The Process Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to create a cohesive, process-oriented framework and leverage tools such as Power BI and MS Office Suite for analysis and reporting.
• Must have.
- Knowledge about BPM and good practices for its implementation - Knowledge of process analysis and diagnosis - Knowledge of process modeling - Knowledge about creating process performance indicators - Knowledge of process improvement techniques - Knowledge of process-oriented organizational architecture - Knowledge medium/advanced MS office Excel and Ppoint - Medium/advanced knowledge of Power BI • Nice to have.
