In the Production & Process Documentation department, we create, mature, and maintain technical documentation on work processes in Blades, Nacelle and Hub Manufacturing from design prototype to zero series production.
This covers documentation such as process flows, control plans, work instructions, and inspection instructions.
Our team is the link between design (R&D) and manufacturing, thus ensuring that the build-in manufacturing meets the manufacturing base package (MBP) delivery elements and quality until the serial production.
Responsibilities Collect all information and create process plans Create and maintain technical documentation, securing information to fulfill and support the PWI and PII creation Participate on the scope meetings (collecting inputs DWG/OSOS/Build etc.) Participate in PFMEA and risk assessment meetings, collecting inputs and implementing them in PWI/PII Validate PWI up against master data to ensure correctness Align the deliveries with the MBP request according to the stage (TRs) Create control plans Qualifications Master's degree in mechanical, electrical, composites or similar field Minimum of 4 years of experience in the production industry, or 2-3 years of experience in the wind industry Experience in advanced graphical software (2D/3D) Creo View/Illustrate, CATIA, Adobe Illustrator Experience with visualization of complex machines Fluent in English (written and spoken) Competencies Ability to transform technical drawings,process plans, and control plans into easy-to-understand procedural instructions Good knowledge of NCR and ECM (engineering change management) processes Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes in turbine industry (shopfloor knowledge by area) Ability to work in a structured way and attention to detail Enthusiastic and motivated to thrive in a highly innovative organization with tight deadlines at times Great communication and stakeholder management skills What We Offer We offer you the opportunity to join a working culture that is friendly and informal but with clear direction.
