This role will support the  brands Elta MD, PCA Skin, and Filorga.
Role.
Identify and develop new technologies to drive innovation and address unmet consumer needs Identify new forms or modes that improve skin health and skin treatment experience and develop them into product prototypes Develop test methods and demos with bioinstruments to illustrate mechanism of action and provide scientific support on  products performance Communicate with technical and business partners to provide updates and address key concerns Identify and lead collaboration effort with external partners/suppliers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals Required Qualifications.
Ph.

in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Biology 3+ years post graduate technical experiences working with skin care products for a senior scientist, 7+ years for Principal Experienced with optical imaging technologies like RCM and MPT  Preferred Qualifications.
Strong skills in problem solving, project management and execution, communication (written/verbal) and collaboration Experienced with skin clinical study and clinical innovation  Knowledge of in-vitro and ex-vivo skin test models Knowledge of beauty device development  Knowledge of computational biology Compensation and Benefits Salary Range $ - $ USD Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
