In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of content creators in order to maintain and improve content creators’ engagement with the platform.
The goal is to help partners get the most out of their channel and you have the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business.
It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger team.

Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Serve as a trusted consultant with partners to develop and optimize their channel; Responsible for increasing platform usage and content creator adoption of various tools and features; Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives; Knowledge on key platform features in order to connect the customer’s needs to these features; Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through video calls, email and phone calls; Portfolio management and prioritization with the ability to detect opportunities and follow up with the content creators over several months.
REQUIREMENTS.
Fluent in Turkish and English (C1) Responsible for evaluating online social media, web page content, and advertising content while adhering to evolving criteria and specifications.
Generate structured intelligence reports using information provided by the team or other relevant sources, with the objective of providing comprehensive insight and visibility to stakeholders.
