POWER BI - TECH LEAD

We are looking for a Power BI - Tech Lead for a client.
Responsibilities.
Design & Development.
Develop interactive and visually compelling Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations based on business requirements.
Data Modeling.
Create and optimize data models, DAX calculations, and queries to ensure efficient and reliable reporting.
ETL Processes.
Design and manage ETL processes to transform data from various sources into Power BI, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Performance Optimization.
Optimize report performance through proper data model design, query optimization, and report configuration.
Collaboration.
Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iteratively enhance reports and dashboards.
Data Integration.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs, ensuring seamless data connectivity.
Documentation & Training.
Create documentation for data models, processes, and reports.
Conduct training sessions to empower users to leverage Power BI effectively.
Troubleshooting.
Address any issues related to data accuracy, visualizations, and report performance.
Requirements.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in developing BI solutions, particularly with Power BI, and a strong background in BI development and reporting.
Leadership experience, with the ability to lead a team while still being deeply involved in hands-on technical work.
Solid technical expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
Experience with SQL and relational databases for data extraction and transformation.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to debug and troubleshoot complex BI and data issues.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in task allocation, project management, and ensuring that BI solutions are delivered on time and meet business needs.
Fluent in English.
