POWER BI / POWER APPS EXPERT NEEDED

The primary goal is to visualize data from CSV files, and I'm looking for someone who can connect the Power App to what the user sees in the report.
This will help in identifying trends and insights from the data.
Key Requirements.
- Ability to quickly load different MSELs (Minimum Standard for Evaluating Learning) - Modify MSEL using a form that writes to the database directly - Load entire CSV files quickly - Possibly write a Python script to facilitate the loading of large CSV files The ideal candidate for this project should have.
- Extensive experience with Power BI and Power Apps - Proficiency in Python - Strong data visualization skills - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results urgently I'm looking for someone who can start working right away.
