Role Overview.

By building strong customer relationships youll ensure satisfaction and help improve internal processes through feedback making a direct impact on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities.
Provide customer support through incoming calls live chat email and social media channels.
Deliver prompt and effective solutions for issues related to account setup verification signin financial matters and technical problems.

Requirements.
