We are seeking a highly skilled Invoicing Specialist to join our team in Lisbon.
As an Invoicing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our invoicing processes, dispute resolution, and cost management.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Invoicing Specialist to oversee the entire invoicing process, from dispute resolution to accurate billing.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Please note that we offer for this role a temporary contract - 6 months.
Key Responsibilities * Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers * Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness * Investigate and resolve disputes with customers * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing process * Analyze and manage costs associated with invoicing process * Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements * Develop and maintain cost management reports * Investigate and resolve disputes with customers in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve disputes * Develop and implement dispute resolution process improvements * Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operational, customer service, and finance * Provide excellent customer service to resolve customer inquiries and complaints * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth invoicing process Who we are looking for * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Law, or similar field * Proven track record of successfully managing invoicing processes, resolving disputes, and improving cost management * Fluency in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken) * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory) * Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems (nice to have) * Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive and well-organized with a strong attention to detail * Adaptable and able to manage complex tasks * Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams but also ability to work independently #LI-AA9 (COMPANY NAME) is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
