Position Description.
• Generate high-quality status and executive reports on a weekly, monthly and annual basis (such as Service Status Report (SSR), Variable Billing and Billing Schedule Reports, Annual Open Book Cost Statements, etc.) • Prepare and generate monthly financial reporting activities • Perform invoicing tasks (both for Milestone and Value Based billing) and manage PO and Invoice Master List Tracker • Provide support on Member Assignments tasks, Adding Rates and other PCB Updates/MWS requests • Process eProcurement tasks (from Raising of POs to Invoice/Payment Monitoring) • Generate Weekly Timesheet Report for OT monitoring of the entire Project Service • Coordinate with onshore counterparts, Project Managers and Service Delivery Manager to ensure accurate and appropriate reporting • Data and Records Management – ensure high level, efficient and systematic management of data and records • Act as the primary contact for inquiries, requests and ad hoc concerns • Attend process-related calls/meetings with the project’s PMO, Change Management teams and onshore counterparts • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Operational Lead or Manager Your future duties and responsibilities.
Background and Essential Skills • BA or BS in business field preferably in Finance or Accountancy • Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Proficiency to follow and write process documentation • Strong customer service orientation • Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems • Willingness to work mid-shift (3.
pm - am) • Willingness to work on a hybrid set-up Skills.
