Our Northwest Business Unit is seeking a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst to contribute on a high-impact payroll transformation for a large-scale implementation.

This position is located in our Sacramento, CA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
How you'll make an impact Perform, coordinate, and communicate all CGI partners and contractors onboarding and offboarding activities • Assist in identifying resource needs for ongoing and upcoming projects • Track resource availability and allocation using resource management tools • Maintain an up-to-date database of employee skills, certifications, and availability • Maintain the project staff master list • Generate the monthly onboarding and offboarding report • Maintain the onboarding and offboarding materials and project staff welcome materials • Assist in scheduling resource-related meetings and preparing relevant documentation • Evaluate and enhance resource management processes and tools Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
What you'll bring • 2+ years of experience in workforce management and onboarding • Excellent facilitation, written and verbal skills • Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • 0–2 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or a related role • Internship or exposure to project management or PMO functions is beneficial • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Minimum Education Required.
Bachelor's degree DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS/NON-ESSENTIAL SKILLS.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall • Experience in maintaining or developing resource-related processes and templates “CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
