You’ll be working on multiple simultaneous projects for many of CGI’s new and exciting clients! You would be joining our team as a PMO Analyst.

Due to the nature of the work all applicants must hold or be prepared to undergo a security check to SC level.
This role is ideally based out of Leatherhead or Reading but will also consider Bridgend based members.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
This is a great opportunity if you are wanting to get an overview of the project lifecycle from onboarding onto a Secure Account to supporting the day to day running of the operations with the opportunity for Client facing activities.
You will be organised and assertive, with good time management and action closing skills.
• Own the contract obligations process to ensure obligations are met on time and to quality • Liaise with the Commercial Manager and relevant stakeholders as part of the contractual process • Owns the documentation and identifies process improvements • Experience of processing Security Clearances and liaising with Vetting teams.
• Liaising with Senior Stakeholders across the Programme to resolve PMO related issues/queries • Supporting the PMO Manager and Programme Leadership team, to meet the Programme reporting requirements • Experience in setting up new processes within the PMO such as Change Management • Establishing existing PMO process to better support the day to day running of the Programme Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
