Located in Saldanha (Lisbon), we will open in February and are looking for reformer pilates instructors to join our team! The Role As a Certified Pilates Instructor, you will lead engaging, high-energy reformer Pilates classes for small groups in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be an integral part of a professional, client-focused team, bringing charisma and exceptional people skills to create meaningful connections with our clients.
Your role will also include maintaining a clean and safe studio, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and continually developing your teaching skills.
This flexible position offers opportunities to teach multiple classes weekly, with pay rates increasing based on the number of classes delivered.
What You’ll Do * Lead reformer Pilates classes for small groups, creating an inclusive and motivational atmosphere.
* Build personable and meaningful relationships with clients, offering personalized attention when needed.
* Maintain a high standard of knowledge about Pilates trends, techniques, and best practices.
* Be adaptable to clients at various stages of their fitness journey, delivering modifications and progressions as required.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure studio cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company standards.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have.
* A Reformer Pilates Certification (mandatory).
* Being able to teach in English (Portuguese is a plus) * A minimum of 1 year of group teaching experience.
* Strong charisma and exceptional interpersonal skills to hold the attention of a room full of clients.
* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* A passion for ongoing personal and professional development, staying informed about new fitness trends.
* Flexibility to work varied schedules, including part-time and shift work.
