Service Delivery Special Projets  department is looking for a Photovoltaic Project Engineer   What you will do.
Project Planning and Scheduling • Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Take corrective actions when necessary to keep projects on track • Tools.
MS Project   Stakeholder Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Address and resolve stakeholder concerns or queries in a timely manner.

MS Ofice, Outlook   Budget and Resource Management.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints • Tools.
SalesForce, MS Office   Risk Management • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks to minimize project disruptions.
Documentation and Reporting.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and status updates.
• Generate and distribute regular project reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Tools.
MS Office   Quality Assurance • Establish and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Hybrid Model   What are we looking for.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering (preferred), Professional experience up to 8 years in photovoltaic projects and medium and high voltage electrical infrastructures (preferred) Fluency in English Teamwork skills, proactivity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities; Interest in technological innovation, rigor, and attention to detail;     More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are  looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with  our purpose.
