Below are the key features to be implemented on the website.
1.
Learner Login Learners will receive login credentials from the school.
Once logged in, learners can access the main dashboard, where all available courses are displayed.
However, they can only see and access the courses specifically assigned to them.
2.
Course Overview Each course will be displayed with a thumbnail image and a title.
Learners can only access the course(s) assigned by the admin.
3.
Course Content Structure Modules.
Each course is divided into modules.
Lectures.
Inside each module, learners will find written lectures that may include images for enhanced comprehension.
4.
Interactive Course Navigation Learners can navigate through the course content by clicking “Next” to proceed or “Previous” to go back.
Their progress will be tracked via a visual progress bar, which fills as they advance.
5.
Quizzes and Assessments At the end of each module, learners will take a Multiple Choice Quiz (MCQ) to assess their understanding.
Feedback on Quiz Results.
Learners will be shown which answers are correct and which are incorrect after each attempt.
Retaking Quizzes.
Learners can retake the quiz until they pass.
Progression.
Passing the quiz allows learners to move to the next module.
6.
Final Assessment and Certification Upon completing all the modules, learners will take a final quiz.
Upon passing the final quiz, learners will receive instructions on how to print their certificate of course completion.

Additional Learner Features Course Preview.
Learners can preview course content, such as module titles, objectives, or introductory material, before starting.
Discussion Forum/Comments Section.
Add an interactive space under each module or lecture where learners can ask questions, share insights, or engage with peers and instructors.
Progress Reminders.
Learners will receive automated reminders if they haven’t completed a module within a certain time frame to encourage consistent progress.
Downloadable Resources.
Provide downloadable resources such as PDFs or worksheets for learners to review offline.
Mobile-Friendly Design.
Ensure the platform is optimized for mobile devices, so learners can easily access their courses on smartphones or tablets.

Admin Panel Features Course Management.
Admins will have the ability to.
Edit course content (including adding or removing modules, lectures, text, and images).
Create and edit quizzes, including setting which answers are correct.
Schedule content to be released at specific times, giving more control over pacing.
User Management.
Admins can.
Create, block, or remove login credentials for learners.
Send notifications or messages to learners (e.
., reminders or feedback).
Tracking and Notifications.
Admins can track each learner’s progress through the course.
Email Notifications.
Admins will receive an email notification when a learner successfully completes the course.
Reports.
Admins will have the option to generate detailed reports on learner progress, quiz performance, and course completion.
Quiz Analytics.
Admins can analyze which quiz questions learners frequently answer incorrectly, allowing for content adjustments if necessary.
