The opportunity
99ads is looking for a Personal Assistant to support a senior Executive with day to day operations and organization.
Important things:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Answer phone calls, emails and take messages.
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
Run errands as requested.
Administration.
Research.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation.
Ad hoc duties.

Requirements
Individual must be based in Lisbon
Fluent English (C1 and above - written and verbal)
Proven experience in a similar role
Familiarity with standard organization tools
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Tech savvy.
Additional Requirements
Available immediately
Own laptop or PC with a fast, stable internet connection.
Commitment Required ⏰
Office Hours: Monday to Friday
Part time (to start: 20-25 hours)
