As an intern, you will be working in an international team and become knowledgeable on diverse People Experience areas, throughout the complete employee lifecycle.
Your Day to Day.
Actively participate in existing People Experience processes and be an active voice regarding process efficiency, namely.
Maintain and update employee records with a keen eye for detail Address inquiries and requests from Feedzaians, prioritizing People over processes Ensure a remarkable employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding Promote Health and Safety at Work You Have & You Know-how.
Frequency or Degree / Master in Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory) Skilled in Microsoft Office Outstanding organizational skills and very detail-oriented Intellectual curiosity with existing processes and tools, challenging the status quo and bringing innovative people-centered ideas #LI-Remote #LI-JA1 Your First 30-Days at Feedzai.
You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager.
You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey.
In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team.
Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done.
