Introduction The Society of Pediatric Emergency Medicine (SPEM) is seeking proposals for the design, development, and maintenance of its website, including membership management, hosting, and integrated feature modules.
The selected vendor will deliver a CMS-based solution with scalable, customizable, and robust functionality tailored to the society's needs.

Scope of Work A.
Website Design & Maintenance • Develop a CMS-based, mobile-compatible website.
• Implement features such as speaker pages, gallery modules, newsletter integration, social media links (Facebook, Twitter), blogs, FAQs, and case studies.
• Include modules for image banners, client scrolling, support tickets, advertising, knowledge base, and job postings.
• Ensure monthly updates and content scalability.
B.
Membership Management Module • Include new registration, renewals, and tracking for up to members.
• Track member contact details, membership status, and payment history.
C.
Hosting & Server Maintenance • Provide cloud hosting with up to 100 GB storage, domain management, and regular backups.
• Include server monitoring and maintenance.
D.
Election Module • Enable voting by active members with secure and efficient functionality.
E.
Events Module • Showcase events, sell tickets, and include venue details, Google Maps integration, and member discounts.
F.
Course Selling Module • Support online and offline course sales.
• Allow setting of applicant limits and integrate payment gateways.
• Provide lesson preview functionality.

Deliverables • Fully functional and deployed CMS website.
• Membership management tools ready for use.
• Reliable hosting service with monitoring and backup support.
• Integrated election, event, and course-selling modules.
• Detailed documentation for all deployed modules, including user guides and administrative controls.
• Full ownership of the website's source code, database schema, assets (such as images, logos, and documents), and any other related deliverables.
The selected vendor will transfer all intellectual property rights and provide the necessary access credentials upon project completion.
4.
Budget The total budget for the project, including all modules and features, is US .
