These are our values! These are Aptoide’s superpowers! This IS Aptoide!   Who you are We are looking for a talented and creative Product Designer to join our team on a 6-month period to cover maternity leave.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative and user-centered products that meet both business and customer needs.
What are you going to do? (UI) Create visual elements, layouts, color schemes, typography, and iconography that align with the product and enhance user experience.
(UX) Design the overall flow and interaction patterns of the product, aiming for an intuitive and engaging user experience.
Conduct user research, analyzing data, and creating user personas to gain insight into user needs and behaviors.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, testing results, and collaboration with team members.
Maintain the design system or style guide to ensure design consistency across the product.
Working closely with developers during the implementation phase, providing necessary support and ensuring design fidelity.
Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress, roadblocks, and plans for the day.
️ What are we looking for? Understand the principles of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design, including layout, hierarchy, navigation, and interaction patterns.
Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to design for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and optimized experience.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to communicate effectively with developers.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the product.
Clear and articulate communication.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create cohesive and aligned products.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements, feedback, technologies, or business priorities.
Creative and critical thinking to address complex design problems and innovate solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Clear and effective communication of design ideas, rationales, and requirements to team members.
Ability to understand and empathize with users' needs, preferences, and pain points.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
