These are our values! These are Aptoide’s superpowers! This IS Aptoide!   Role Purpose We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The IT Specialist will provide essential technical support and manage office technology and tools, being integrated in our Workplace & Engagement Team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills, be proficient with multiple operating systems, and have excellent communication abilities.
What are you going to do? Provide timely and effective technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Prepare, Install & configure software applications in the new joiners' computers, ensuring all the security measures required by the Infrastructure & Security Team are met.
Managing office 365, including creating new users, distribution lists, etc; Document & Oversee Company SAAS Tools timelines, review process and their owners.
Oversee the setup, and maintenance of computer/cellphone software or hardware and peripherals, supporting the Employees in any issue related with these topic.
Manage repairs with external suppliers when necessary; Manage offboarding deliveries, ensuring all data is removed and the equipments are fully operational; Maintain accurate documentation records of IT Equipments, assets, configurations, and procedures.
Identify equipment acquisition needs also m anaging disposal of old equipment, by selling, organize company auctions, etc.; Maintain and troubleshoot office technology such as printers, projectors, teleconferencing equipment, desks and other AV systems in meeting rooms and communal areas.
Manage Wi-Fi connection in the Office, ensuring everything's working, as well as contacting internet providers every time its needed.
What are we looking for? Mandatory.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in the field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with macOS (mainly), Windows and Linux operating systems.
Experience with Microsoft 365.
Fluency in English.
Nice To Have.
Level 4 Course or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience as an IT Specialist or similar role in a tech environment.
Knowledge or/and Experience with network management and security practices.
