Description JOB SCOPE.
Responsible for ensuring that supplies and equipment are stocked and ready for service.
Assists servers with guest satisfaction in all ways necessary.
Other duties as required.
OB FUNCTIONS.
lean and reset tables for service according to department manual standard.
dhere to LPM grooming/ service standards and policies.
nsures all dirty China, silver, glasses, etc.
go to the dishwasher and are broken down accordingly.
eplenish all service items; silverware, glassware, China, linen, general supplies, food as needed.
nsure proper storage of all service items (see above).
nsure that cream, water and juice service is constantly replenished during the service.
tock jam, butter, and cream cheese for the next service period.
et up breadbasket for next service period.
ssist servers in serving guests.
ssist servers in pre bussing tables.
erve and replenish water upon guest request.
ssist other bus persons when needed.
ualifications QUALIFICATIONS.
SSENTIAL.
months to one-year experience as a bus person or kitchen helper that will provide the skills required for this position.
luent in English; excellent verbal and written communication skillsDESIRABLE.
igh school graduate.
