Descrição do emprego Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize their business needs, aligning them with efficient and feasible technical solutions; Plan and manage projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, scope, risks, changes, and progress reporting; Manage and prioritize the backlog, leading functional analysis and collaborating with delivery teams to ensure timely delivery; Lead sprint planning, negotiating requirements, scope changes, and deadlines with clients; Deliver feature demonstrations to clients, gathering and analyzing feedback to drive continuous improvement; Ensure the implementation of solid management practices, focusing on quality, teamwork, and alignment of expectations; Motivate and lead cross-functional teams, fostering balance and commitment to deliver high-quality solutions; Identify new business opportunities with existing clients or support pre-sales efforts for new projects.
Habilitações Previous OutSystems technical experience (around 2 years as a Tech Lead), with a strong interest in transitioning to a more strategic and client-focused role; Experience with agile methodologies in projects; Expertise in business analysis, translating client needs into viable solutions in collaboration with technical teams; Knowledge of functional and usability testing (preferred); Experience with tools like JIRA for project management (valued); Excellent communication skills, adapting to different stakeholders, from C-level executives to end-users; Outcome-oriented, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset; Fluency in French is a plus; Experience in roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Product Owner is a plus; Fluency in English (written and spoken) – mandatory Informações adicionais The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
