CGI Federal has an immediate need for an Organizational Change Management Consultant for a large-scale ERP financial system implementation.
This is an exciting full-time opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of the largest organizations of the US Federal Government.
This program will retire the agency's existing legacy system and replace it with modern ERP.
We take an innovative and collaborative approach to supporting our client, working in an agile environment using emerging technologies.
You will be interacting with a dynamic team of people, with opportunities to learn and grow consulting and OCM skills as you help provide a change management journey to our client.
This position is located in our Arlington, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you will gather and analyze legacy data to determine the degree of change for individuals and use change management solutions to address the human factors affecting an organization's ability to reach its strategic objectives and adopt a new system.
Collaborate with cross-functional internal and client teams to define business needs and data requirements.
Carry out analysis of datasets and conduct coinciding data validation.
Manage the planning and execution of user engagement activities, including scheduling, content creation, subject matter expert coordination and collaboration, facilitation, and reporting on metrics.
Analyze survey data and develop it into factual representations of user sentiment.
Create graphs that are understandable to a wide audience and acceptable for the highest level of government.
Draw conclusions and recommendations to suggest to the leads.
Coordinate with counterparts in change management, stakeholder communications, training, and configuration for consistency and information sharing.
Maintain notes on customer decisions and directional changes to be referenced by other teams.
Create and maintain a reference table that crosswalks use cases to customer roles.
Apply tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
Define activities to support change and transition initiatives.
Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution.
Contribute to culture building in our internal management consulting community.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in management consulting, change management, or organizational/business transformation or work that engages a group of customers and has a number of stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or a related field.
Adept at distilling complex discussions into key pain points and actionable items in dynamic team and stakeholder environments.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
Microsoft product profficencity Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required.
• Understanding of Data Management Body of Knowledge (DMBOK) principles by DAMA, or other data management practices and techniques.
• Familiarity with data analytics and visualization applications (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) • Knowledge of iterative delivery frameworks, specifically Agile.
• Advanced in Excel CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and license and certifications.
To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role.
Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
