Negotiable Responsibilities.
Incident Management (analyzing and fixing of problems, consulting, and supporting of users) Change Enablement (analyzing and implementing of change requests) Application consulting for the creation of business concepts.
Implementing of business concepts in the business application (customizing and adapting to our requirements) Support Business IT projects Focus topics.
Sales & Customer Service (Order Management, Prizing, Quoting) Experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, and/or supply chain management 2 to 3 years work experience of sales and customer service business processes (order management, quoting, pricing, etc.) with 2 to 3 years of work experience with an ERP system (OEBS as a plus) Passion for IT topics Good spoken and written English skills (German skills as a plus) This role does not offer sponsorship.
