What skills do you need to have: Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent; Knowledge and Administration of Oracle 11G and 12C databases; Oracle 19C database installation; Installation and configuration of Oracle RAC. 11G \ 12C and 19C; Installation and configuration of Oracle Data Guard; Installation and configuration of GoldenGate; Diagnose and resolve performance problems and database failures; Configuring and implementing backup and recovery using RMAN; Knowledge of Linux and Unix; Knowledge of VMWare – Usage. Some of your responsibilities will be: Responsible for supporting new and existing Oracle database systems and will help guide best practices in database administration and introduce innovation with automation; Upgrades of Oracle database migrations and updates and application of database patches; Backup and restores, export and import of data to and from Oracle run time configuration of Oracle; Monitoring at server, database, collection level, and using various monitoring tools related to Oracle; Maintains standards and design of physical data storage, maintenance, access and security; Troubleshoots alerts (alert log, jobs, disk group, etc.) and performance issues.
