"Empresa Internacional no sector de assistência seguradora com posição de destaque no mercado português, pretende reforçar a sua Equipa de Back-Office com a contratação de um Operador de Atendimento - Inbound.
Responsabilidades Chave.
* Atendimento a Clientes a nível nacional e internacional; * Assistência telefónica; * Gestão de vários processos em simultâneo; * Acompanhamento dos diferentes processos, garantindo o cumprimento processual e assegurando que todos os requisitos são cumpridos; * Análise documental e validação e/ou enquadramento de acordo com as garantias dos contratos.
Perfil do candidato.
* Habilitações mínimas ao nível do 12º ano/ Curso Técnico (factor eliminatório); * Bons conhecimentos de inglês (factor eliminatório); Bons conhecimentos de Espanhol (fator preferencial); * Experiência prévia em apoio ao cliente em contexto de contact center (factor preferencial); * Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e de relacionamento interpessoal; * Forte orientação para o cliente; * Disponibilidade imediata.
