GBS Delivery Management (GBS DM) runs and maintains the operating system in Siemens Global Business Services, driving operational excellence to achieve efficiency, quality, innovation and harmonization across all our service deliveries.

Your mission will be… Assist in the development and implementation of our Integrated Management System (Quality & Business Continuity) and Continuous Improvement initiatives; Support the analysis of current processes and identify areas for improvement; Collaborate with various departments and countries to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures; Participate in the preparation and execution of internal audits / assessments; Contribute to the development of training plans and training materials for the organization; Assist in the collection and analysis of data to monitor performance and identify trends; We are looking for someone with… Recent university graduate in a relevant field (e.
., Business Administration, Engineering, Quality Management); Fluent in English (written & spoken); Proactive, curious and eager to learn; Reliable, organized, with good analytical and problem-solving skills; Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Digital mindset.
interest and experience in IT solutions/applications; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Basic knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
