ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES This section describes the elements of the role and the authority for determining a course of action.
Both operational and strategic responsibilities should be stated as well as the degree of direct authority the position exercises over human, financial and physical resources.

DEPARTMENT’S TOP 3 OBJECTIVES.
Develops and executes strategies to consistently manufacture and ensure the quality of finished goods.
Ensures that equipment and processes are capable of meeting production schedules, customer demands and quality targets.
Motivates the workforce to achieve business objectives.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES.
Troubleshoots production problems to ensure smooth operation such as manpower arrangement, raw material, and packaging material.
Supervises subordinates and provides on the job coaching & feedback and training.
Monitors and controls the usage of raw material, packaging material etc to comply with the standard.
Coordinate with related parties to develop the production lines including cost estimates, time lines and specifications for business feasibility studies and maintenance activities.
Facilitates sharing of ideas, knowledge and best practices to improve processes and solve problems.
Understands the linkages among supply/demand KPIs and the impact of tools improvement on those KPIs Conducts Non S&C employees performance appraisal Performs other works related to duties as assigned by immediate supervisor LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISION.
Non S&C employees and sub-contract workers DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Acts as Team Leader on the production lines to supervise the team to carry on the production and meet the target with high quality and safety.
Ensures manpower, raw materials, and packaging materials support the production lines.
Ensures all machines are in proper function, materials are available; plant environments are in accordance with safety regulation.
Ensures all team members strictly adhere to safety regulations such as wearing the protection equipment etc..
Promotes safety and quality awareness and carry out FP&R standard Innovates, develops and improves work systems as well as production technologies to enhance moving toward manufacturing excellence.
Creates positive attitude towards company., department and work unit.

EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED This section identifies the formal education and experience required to successfully perform the role.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:.
MAJOR.
Engineering, Bachelor of Science/Chemical EXPERIENCE.
2-5 Years of Consumer Goods Industry Experience 2-5 Years of Functional Experience Position Specific Requirement, if any.
2 Years of 3 Experience PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:.
Communication skill.
Business presentation skill III.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED This section identifies the essential skills and competencies required to successfully perform the role.
SKILLS.
Interpersonal Communication Skills, Self-motivated, Possess leadership and Project Management skills Computer Literacy (google tools, SAP QM, SCADA program, Wunderwear -intouch-inbatch etc.) Good command of English Communication (both writing and speaking) FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES.
