About the offer.
Customer care support position.
It is a fixed-term employment contract of 12 months that can be renewed.
As a member of Customer Care Support you will be responsible to deliver an amazing customer care experience regarding products and service related to the final client.
Essential Criteria.
Fluent Level of French spoken and written Good level of English (B2) Demonstrate ability to handle and resolve complaints according to client policies; Working with Others - Ability to portray professionalism and work well in a team environment.
Minimum 12th grade of educational background; Offer.
