NETWORK ENGINEER TEAM LEADER FRENCH SPEAKER

We are looking for a Network Engineer Team Leader (local contract) to join our BPCE IT business Unit.
Founded in BPCE Infogrance & Technologies is a subsidiary of Groupe BPCE dedicated to Infrastructures EndUser Environment Security and Production.

Within the Cur Rseau department the AFD (Administration des Fabrics Datacenter) team works on the Lan and Man infrastructures of Groupe BPCEs Datacenters in France and Europe.
The AFD team participates in the management of the Man network infrastructures interconnecting the Datacenters the legacy Lan infrastructures Cisco/ACI and Arista/MPBGP Evpn the Datacenters the network layer of the groups private Cloud and the network infrastructure interconnecting the group to the Internet in Europe.
The team develops and supports network automation in infrastructure as a service mode.
The AFD team will eventually comprise 9 inhouse staff in Porto.
Key figures 4 main data centers in France 3 data centers in the groups subsidiaries in Europe switches and routers physical and virtual servers (70% in private Cloud).
Multiple interconnections to the Internet at 3 data centers 20 Gbps traffic on average The AFD Team Leader  organizes the monitoring of the networks overall production with the aim of maintaining an impeccable level of service.
Missions.
Participating in the recruitment of internal staff for the AFD team in Porto Assessing and developing staff skills Leading team meetings and agile rituals Support the team in carrying out its projects Maintain a high level of network infrastructure service Ensure network supervision using our monitoring tools Handle production incidents as quickly as possible Monitor routine network configuration requests.
vlan creation configuration changes adding switches to fabrics etc.
Support the systems and applications teams in deploying their infrastructures on the network Encouraging the automation of all processes Qualifications.
Main Technical Requirements.
Strong technical knowledge.
OSPF BGP MPBGP Evpn Multicast Cisco ACI Cisco/Arista CLI Experience of network architectures with several thousand devices Knowledge of virtualized environments Knowledge of automation and/or programming languages such as Ansible or python Knowledge of the Agile method Ability to manage crisis situations Other Requirements.
English level C1 and French C1.
Experience as a network architect and be able to pass on your skills and your vision of technical developments in the short medium and long term.
Able to take a step back from your technical and human environment identify the improvements that need to be made and are capable of explaining and implementing them.
Worked on large network architectures in environments subject to major operational constraints.
