NETWORK ENGINEER

- Proven experience as a Network Services Operations Consultant, with in-depth knowledge of methods and tools for managing service execution; - Ability to collaborate with managed services partners and internal teams to develop and implement robust operational processes; - Strong understanding of the needs and challenges associated with network services, including WAN, LAN, WLAN and Firewalls; - Fluency in English.
Main Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with managed services partners to define and optimize network service execution processes; - Work closely with the internal Service Delivery Management and Helpdesk teams to integrate and align operational processes; - Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure the efficiency and quality of network services; - Ensure regular analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in operational processes.
