We’re currently partnering with an exciting company in the software industry to expand their QA team, and we are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer.
If you love problem-solving, testing, and working with the latest technologies, this is the job for you! Main Tasks.
• Test Plan Development.
Independently create comprehensive test plans to ensure testing coverage is consistent across platforms.
• Test Case Design.
Design thorough test cases, including edge cases and stress conditions, to challenge the system in every way.
• Manual Testing Execution.
Act as an end-user to assess usability, finding and addressing issues.
• Defect Documentation.
Provide clear and detailed defect documentation to assist with debugging.
• Collaboration with Development Teams.
Maintain strong communication with developers to facilitate smooth issue resolution.
• Security Testing.
Use specialized tools to identify software vulnerabilities and test for security.
• Continuous Learning.
Keep up with industry trends and integrate new knowledge into your testing processes.
• Feedback Loop Maintenance.
Monitor user feedback and error reports to continuously enhance software quality.
• Mentorship.
Guide team members on coding standards, test design, and automation techniques.
• On-Standby Responsiveness.
Be ready to respond promptly to issues and system-related matters, working with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve with agility.
Requirements.
• Experience with GitLab CI and MongoDB • In-depth knowledge of API and its testing approaches • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes • Experience in fast-growing scaleups and Paytech • Self-starter mentality.
