EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS SAP Portugal is hiring Consultants having experience in SAP implementations and willing to be deliver S/4HANA implementations. The primary tasks of this role are: Conduct customer workshops to understand business process requirements Advise customer on industry best practices in the area of expertise Configure the requirements in respective solutions Prepare functional specifications and support development teams Conduct testing, training and support data migration WORK EXPERIENCE 6 – 12 years of implementation experience in at least one of the logistics solutions: S/4HANA (MM, SD, QM, PM/PS), SAP Extended Warehouse Management, SAP Transportation Management Integration with other SAP solutions or products will be added advantage Strong experience in designing and configuring business processes in respective module. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor’s or Master’s degree – ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Economics Solid knowledge of business processes in Supply Chain Management area Strong customer focus Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change Relevant projects that demonstrate your communication, interpersonal skills and work ethic Ability to work independently Good presentation and communication skills Ability and will to coach/mentor team members during project delivery or consulting services delivery Experience or willingness to work in an international environment Fluent English, fluent proficiency in other foreign languages would be a plus Nice to have Delivery experience in agile implementation methodology (e.g. SAP Activate & SAP Solution Manager) Experience in S/4HANA implementation projects Experience in the project delivery as a project or program manager SAP Certification in any Logistic module ABAP programming skills TRAVEL Remote mainly (up to 90% of working time), however ready to travel (short term and long term) (up to 90% of working time) BENEFITS We offer: full time permanent employment, competitive salary and performance bonus, transportation allowance, pension plan, medical and life insurance, lunch allowance, possibility to invest in SAP shares.
