MID/SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST (NL + ENG)

Mid/Senior Business Analyst  Location.
Brussels, Belgium Hybrid.
2-3 times a week on the client´s office Candidates must possess European nationality or a valid work permit for Belgium Mandatory Languages.
One of the national languages (Dutch and French) must be the mother tongue, and the other language must be understood and readable Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on ICT projects.
Your ability to navigate through ambiguity and provide strategic insights will be essential as you collaborate with various departments to gather requirements, evaluate solutions, and implement changes that enhance productivity and continuity Responsibilities - Conduct thorough business requirement analyses for ICT projects.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including IT staff, management, and end-users.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose actionable solutions.
- Create functional specifications and technical documents based on project needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor project progress and performance metrics.
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states of business processes.
Must-Have Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as SWOT analysis, use case modeling, and gap analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to various audiences.
- Experience in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
