MIDDLEWARE - SENIOR (7-8 YEARS)

Position Description.
• Architect, design, and lead the implementation of scalable and high-performance middleware solutions for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and DevOps, to drive middleware strategies and improvements.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and optimization of middleware platforms such as WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, or similar.
• Define and implement best practices for middleware security, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
• Develop and enforce middleware governance policies, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the troubleshooting of complex middleware-related issues, conducting deep root cause analysis and implementing long-term resolutions.
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) adoption for middleware provisioning, deployment, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, or Kubernetes.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, guiding them in best practices and advanced troubleshooting.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in middleware administration, architecture, and optimization.
• 7+ years of expertise with application servers, enterprise messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and API gateways.
• Strong expertise in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell for middleware configuration and orchestration.
• Experience with cloud-native middleware solutions and microservices architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• In-depth understanding of networking, security protocols, load balancing, and SSL/TLS implementation for middleware systems.
• Relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in Middleware, Oracle WebLogic Server Certification, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to drive large-scale middleware initiatives and improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience in handling enterprise-level middleware environments.
• Flexible to work on 24/7 rotational shifts Skills.
