MIDDLE/ SENIOR FULL-STACK DEVELOPER

Position Description.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team.
You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications while ensuring best practices in development, testing, and security.

- Develop and maintain scalable and secure web applications using Spring Boot, Kotlin, and Node.

- Work with both relational and non-relational databases, particularly MongoDB.
- Implement and optimize messaging and caching systems using RabbitMQ and Redis.
- Utilize Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform for container orchestration and infrastructure automation.
- Build and maintain front-end applications using Angular 18, TypeScript, NgNeat ELF, and NG RX.
- Develop robust UI components, leveraging AG-Grid and custom component libraries.
- Ensure code quality through best practices in unit, component, and end-to-end (E2E) testing using Junit, Playwright, and Jest.
- Use RXJS to manage state and asynchronous programming in Angular applications.
- Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Ensure application observability and performance using Instana, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
- Actively participate in architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Operate and maintain the developed solutions in a modern DevOps environment.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence (BI), and Design Teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Maintain a positive and growth mindset, sharing knowledge and fostering creativity while problem-solving with others.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and Kotlin for backend development.
- Solid understanding of Node.
s and TypeScript.
- Experience with state management in Angular applications (NgNeat ELF, NG RX, and RXJS).
- Proficiency in developing and testing scalable front-end applications using Angular 18 and AG-Grid.
- Hands-on experience with modern DevOps practices, including infrastructure management with Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Instana, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
- Experience working in an agile development environment, with a strong understanding of lean and agile methodologies.
- Deep knowledge of quality code principles, including clean code, testing, security, and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of software architecture and system interactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
- A curiosity to learn new technologies and experiment with innovative solutions.
