MID SENIOR SCRUM MASTER

We are looking for Mid Senior Scrum Master to join our company in one of our projects, in Lisbon.
Tasks.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives; Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and Agile practices, continuously improving processes; Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure smooth delivery of work; Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the backlog and ensure clear communication of project goals; Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the teams; Track and manage team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.); Support team development, including coaching and mentoring team members in Agile methodologies; Engage with stakeholders and ensure alignment between business goals and team objectives.
Requirements.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment (3+ years preferred); Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); Experience with Agile enterprise frameworks (LeSS Huge, SAFe etc.) is an advantage; Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams; Scrum Master certification is preferred; Experience in conflict resolution and removing obstacles for teams; Familiar with Jira as project management software; Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong organizational and time management skills; Experience in software development or a related technical background is a plus; Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Work Arrangement.
Hybrid model (2x Office, 3x Remote) Offer.
