As our business continues to grow, we are seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team.
We are currently looking for a skilled mid-level Java Developer to join our international team, working from either our Vilnius or Kaunas office.

Euro/month (gross) Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable solutions to meet business and technical requirements, with a focus on performance, security, and efficiency • Monitor and optimize the performance of applications in production environments and provide ongoing support, including troubleshooting and bug fixing • Write clean, maintainable code following industry standards and best practices (e.
., SOLID principles) • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define and clarify requirements • Write unit and integration tests to ensure the functionality of developed features • Actively collaborate and share knowledge with teammates in a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvements • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks, and apply this knowledge to improve the development process • Regularly update Jira or other project management tools with task progress and roadblocks, ensuring transparent communication with the team Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional Java development experience • Proficient in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks for building robust enterprise-level applications • Experience with Hibernate for object-relational mapping (ORM) • Experience with JavaScript for developing dynamic and interactive web applications • Strong knowledge of relational databases, particularly Oracle and/or PostgreSQL • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and web service integrations • Experience working with Git for version control, and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like JUnit, Mockito, and Selenium is a plus • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders • Good proficiency in spoken and written English Skills.
