MARKETING MANAGER - PARTNERSHIPS & DIRECT MARKETING

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager - Partnerships & Direct Marketing to join our team to develop and implement partnerships and direct marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
The position is part of the global team, however, this specific role focusses heavily on the UK for the near future.
Your Tasks - Paint the world green * You identify new potential partnership and collaboration opportunities with brands, events and organizations.
* You will initiate meetings, propose partnership frameworks and negotiate the mutually beneficial terms with the partners.
* You will manage partner relationships, ensuring ongoing communication, collaboration, and mutual success.
* You will have full ownership of the direct marketing activities in your focus markets (offline voucher distribution, direct mailing) involving their planning, implementation and evaluation.
* You will be responsible for managing budget for your assigned markets and partners and actively contribute to the annual budget and revenue planning.
* Work closely with the rest of the global marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment with (COMPANY NAME)' overall marketing strategy * Your role will require close collaboration with other teams at Flix such as Marketing, Brand & Creative, Marketing Intelligence, Commercial Development, and Operations.
Your Profile - Ready to hop on board * 2-3 years' work experience in a similar role (partnerships, offline or start-up marketing).
* Relevant experience in the UK will be an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills, ability to use data to back up assumptions.
Knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL will be beneficial.
* Fluent in English.
Additional European languages can be an advantage.
